It is the vision of CCC Ithaca to see individuals, families, and societies restored back to God’s original intent and transformed through the power of the Holy Spirit.

Our Ministries

  • CCC Kidz Zone: Our Children's Ministry serves PreK-8th grade children.

 

  • Teens Ministry: Our Teens Ministry serves 9th-12th grade youth.

  • Young Adults Ministry: Our Young Adults Ministry serves men and women between the ages of 18-30.

  • Connect Groups: Our connect groups are designed to foster community among our brothers and sisters in Christ.

 

  • Foundations Class: Our Foundations Class is for those interested in becoming members of CCC.

    • School of Ministry​​ - Classes for those interested in learning God's Word systematically.

    • New Direction Ministry - A support ministry for formerly incarcerated individuals in their transition back into society.

    • Overcomers Ministry - A support ministry for those who are seeking to overcome substance abuse from a Christ centered perspective.

OUR PASTOR

Dr. Christopher A. House is founder and Senior pastor of Christian Community Church of Ithaca, NY. He is a Pentecostal bridge-builder, a thought leader, communication expert, published author and influencer.

 

His mission is simply to help people find their way back to God. Coming out of a strong preaching and pastoral lineage rooted in the Black Pentecostal church, he is an astute Bible teacher and an effective communicator who seamlessly integrates intellectual rigor with Holy Spirit power and demonstration as he ministers. He is passionate about pursuing the presence of God.

 

Beyond the pulpit, he is a scholar, public intellectual, and a college professor who helps further represent the existence of high-level scholarship and the strong intellectual tradition within the Christian faith. He is an effective communicator who travels nationally and internationally speaking to religious, nonprofit, and faith-based organizations.

 

He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Pittsburgh; M.A. from Syracuse University; and a B.S. from SUNY Brockport. He completed his theological studies at Elim Bible College, Colgate Rochester Crozier Divinity School and Pittsburgh Theological Seminary.
